AQC Industry is hiring a Project Manager (Full-time, Permanent Contract) to lead client projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful deployment of our digital quality-control solution within the textile supply chain.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for successfully delivering client projects, ensuring that our solution is implemented smoothly and brings measurable value to textile quality workflows.

You’ll be the connective force between clients, suppliers, and our internal teams. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead client project delivery: define specifications, manage planning, resources, and end-to-end deployment.

  • You are the primary point of contact for client operational and quality teams.

  • Analyze client processes and quality needs to guide solution configuration and continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (product, tech, textile experts, operations).

  • Monitor project performance: adoption, KPIs, risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.

  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and process standardization to enhance project practices.

  • Identify new opportunities as the client relationship evolves and support future growth or expanded responsibilities.

Who You Are

  • You have 3–5+ years of experience experience in project management, ideally within a technical, industrial, or quality-driven environment.

  • Ability to manage client interactions with professionalism and clarity.

  • Strong organizational skills and capacity to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

  • Fluency in English + French and/or Italian is highly appreciated.

  • Interest in textile quality, production processes, or digital transformation.

Nice to have

  • Experience with quality control workflows

  • Knowledge of digital tools, data projects, or AI-based industrial solutions.

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, innovative environment.

What we offer

Working conditions

  • Contract: Full-time, permanent (CDI)

  • Salary: 35k–50k

  • Languages: French or Italian native, and English (C1 level)
