What You'll Do
Lead Client Project Delivery
-
Translate client quality requirements (defect types, workflows, reporting needs) into clear project specifications.

Manage projects from kickoff to deployment across the textile quality-control chain.

Coordinate planning, milestones, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Client Interaction & Quality Understanding
-
Serve as the main point of contact for operational and quality teams involved in the project.

Understand client processes, constraints, and objectives to guide solution setup and continuous improvement.

Build trust and support long-lasting collaboration with luxury brands.
Prepare for Future Commercial Growth

As the client relationship matures, contribute to identifying new opportunities or additional projects.

Over time, you may evolve toward broader account management or operational leadership roles.
You will be responsible for successfully delivering client projects, ensuring that our solution is implemented smoothly and brings measurable value to textile quality workflows.
You’ll be the connective force between clients, suppliers, and our internal teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with:

Product and tech teams (tool configuration, data workflows, AI model usage)

Quality and textile experts (QC processes, defect classification)

Operations teams (testing, sampling, production context)

Ensure proper communication flow between client expectations and internal capabilities.
Performance Follow-up

Track project KPIs, adoption, and usage of the solution.

Identify risks, issues, and opportunities to improve deliverables and client satisfaction.

Contribute to knowledge sharing and process standardization for future projects.
Who You Are
-
You have 3–5+ years of experience experience in project management, ideally within a technical, industrial, or quality-driven environment.

Ability to manage client interactions with professionalism and clarity.
-
Strong organizational skills and capacity to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
-
Fluency in English + French and/or Italian is highly appreciated.

Interest in textile quality, production processes, or digital transformation.
Nice to have

Experience with quality control workflows

Knowledge of digital tools, data projects, or AI-based industrial solutions.
